NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with art. 13 of EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (“GDPR”), NuNow Srl provides users of the Website www.nunow (“Website”) with the following information with respect to the processing of their personal data.
1) DATA CONTROLLER
The entity in charge of processing Personal Data is NuNow Srl, whose registered office is at via Maurizio Quadrio n. 28. Legnano (Milan), Italy, certified email: nunow@lamiapec.it
2) TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA GATHERED
While users are using its Website, NuNow may collect the following data/information:
- Data on browsing history: this refers to data that is invariably communicated in the course of using the Internet and includes data such as the IP address of the device used to access the Website, the type of web browser used, the name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP), the date and time of the session and any other elements pertaining to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
- Data willingly provided by the user: i.e. any data or information submitted by the user via the contact data on the Website.
- Data gathered via cookies: for more information, refer to art. 5 of this Privacy Notice.
(hereinafter referred to collectively as “Personal Data”).
3) HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS USED
In accordance with art. 6 of GDPR (“Lawfulness of processing”), NuNow will use users’ Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To allow browsing on the Website;
- To respond to any requests or queries from users sent using the contact information available in the “Contact Us” section of the Website;
- To comply with legal requirements and directives from public authorities, and determine liability in the event of any instances of cybercrime against the Website or its users.
4) LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The legal grounds for processing Personal Data are:
- Compliance with pre-contractual and/or contractual obligations;
- For the legitimate purpose of preventing or combatting fraud or any other illegal activity.
Providing the data is voluntary. However, failure to do so could prevent the user from having access to certain services and/or any information requested and may affect the browsing experience on the Website.
5) DEFINITION OF “COOKIES”
Cookies are small text files containing letters and/or numbers, which allow the web server to store information on the client (i.e. the web browser, e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc.) information which is used for the duration of a user’s visit to a Website (session cookies) or for several days (persistent cookies). 6) PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Data Controller undertakes to process Personal Data in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, as stipulated in GDPR art. 5. Personal Data is processed by duly authorized personnel and using the necessary computerized and electronic means to ensure appropriate security of the data.
7) DATA STORAGE LIMITATION
In accordance with art. 5, (1)(e) of EU Regulation n. 679/2016, in order to ensure appropriate and transparent processing of data, Personal Data is stored for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed, as required by law.
8) CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS AUTHORIZED TO PROCESS PERSONAL DATA AND TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE DISCLOSED
Personal Data may not be disclosed; however, it may be accessed and handled by employees and associates of NuNow in charge of managing the Website or responding to requests received through the contact information provided on the Website. This data may be communicated to:
- Third parties involved in processing or any other activities related thereto on behalf of the Data Controller, and in any activities of a technical or organizational nature, including activities associated with managing the IT system and telecommunication networks (including email);
- Companies providing assistance and consultancy services;
- The authorities responsible for complying with legal obligations and/or the regulations of public bodies.
These persons will process the Personal Data as duly appointed independent Data Controllers or Data Managers.
9) TRANSFER OF DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU
Personal Data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union or to any international organizations.
10) RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Under EU Regulation 2016/679, the concerned parties have the following rights:
a) right of access (art. 15 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), specifically, the right to obtain:
- Confirmation as to whether or not Personal Data concerning him or her is being processed;
- The origin and categories of Personal Data concerned and the purpose and manner in which it is processed;
- The protocol for processing data using electronic tools;
- The identity of the Controller of the Personal Data, the person in charge of processing the Personal Data and the recipients or categories of recipient to whom said data has been or could be disclosed;
- The length of time for which it will be stored.
b) right to rectification (art. 16 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679);
c) right to erasure (art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679);
d) right to restriction of processing (art. 18 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679);
e) right to data portability (art. 20 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679);
f) right to object (art. 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679);
g) right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her. (art. 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Right to lodge a complaint
In the event that the concerned parties consider that the processing of Personal Data relating to him or her infringes Regulation EU 679/2016, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, in accordance with art. 77 of this Regulation, or to seek effective judicial remedy, as stipulated by art. 79 of EU Regulation 679/2016.

This notice may be changed over time. Any changes shall be effective from the date of their publication on the Website. We therefore recommend users regularly consult this section to ensure they have the most up-to-date version of this Privacy Notice.
