Aim of the project
For Agos, innovation is strategic. We needed a major innovation drive – including in our relationship with our employees: we wanted to offer them a range of easily accessible services, while encouraging them to be more environmentally aware and adopt a more sustainable, responsible attitude. To do this, we realized we had to break away from our usual vertical, fragmented approach, so we looked for a partner who could help us – not just from a technological standpoint, but that had the ability to think outside the box. And that’s how the “Arcadia” project came about!
What NuNow did
We applied a design- and forward-thinking rationale, with the aim of getting the essential functions up and running straight away, and then gradually rolling out others.
Now we can efficiently manage our resources across all our premises and provide a range of services for our staff. For example: parking spaces were previously reserved for senior management, but now they can be used by other employees when managers are off-site; we also offer free use of charging stations for electric cars. We encourage our visitors to track their carbon footprint and provide staff with healthcare services such as booking mammograms and flu jab appointments, as well as a range of other services designed to optimize employee health and safety.
We’re innovating in areas which many companies tend to overlook: they can be complex to manage, but, if handled properly, can really strengthen employee loyalty and engagement.
